Booking & Policies
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date
• Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event
• $300 incidental/damage deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 business days if no damages or overtime occur
• All packages are customizable with optional upgrades
• $250 required cleaning fee for events up to 100 guest. $300 cleaning fee for events over 100 guests.
• Outside vendors are welcome with prior approval during the planning process

All Luxe Events & Designs packages are subject to applicable taxes and may incur additional costs for servers, attendants, custom design, décor upgrades, or other add-ons. Final pricing will be confirmed in the client’s event agreement.
